Directions to the Israeli Meteorological Service (IMS)

The IMS is found at the "Ha'shiva'a" junction, at the interchange of highway 44 (Ramla – Bat-Yam) and highway 4 (Ashdod – Haifa).
The building is situated to the south-east of the "Ha'shiva'a" junction and is reachable by car from highway 44 There is a small entrance road leading into the IMS building only when traveling east towards Ramla.

Near the IMS entrance road there is a pedestrian bridge, which allows access to the IMS from the other side of highway 44 (the lane leading west towards Bat-Yam) for anyone coming by bus.

By car:

From the north

Take Highway 4 south towards Ashdod.
Upon reaching the Hiriya area take highway 44 towards Ramla. Stay in the right lane and after passing the pedestrian bridge one should immediately look for the right turn on to the IMS road. The IMS turn is about 50 meters before the gas station.

From the south:
Take Highway 4 north towards Haifa.
After passing Rishon Le'tsion, keep in the right lane and look for the right turn to highway 44 towards Ramla. Stay in the right lane , and after passing under the pedestrian bridge look immediately for the right turn on to IMS road. The IMS turn is about 50 meters before the gas station.

From the east (Jerusalem):

Take Highway 1 west towards Tel-Aviv.
At the Ganot interchange take highway 4 south towards Ashdod and immediately look for highway 44 towards Ramla.
Stay in the right lane , and after passing under the pedestrian bridge look immediately for the right turn on to IMS road. The IMS turn is about 50 meters before the gas station.
From the west (Tel-Aviv):

Take Highway 1 east towards Jerusalem.
At the Ganot interchange take highway 4 south towards Ashdod and immediately look for highway 44 towards Ramla.
Stay in the right lane , and after passing under the pedestrian bridge look immediately for the right turn on to IMS road. The IMS turn is about 50 meters before the gas station.
